Many times its irritating when you got an email notification from strange persons about the post you do not want to see. But Now you can select the persons only who can send you the notifications in your box. You will only notify for the posts from those persons only.

- Login to your Google+
- GO to Googe+ settings by clicking on gear icon at top right corner of the page.
- "see who can interact you and your posts" option in the Google+.
- Now change the notification settings and save.
This setting controls who you’ll get notifications from, if they:
• Share with you individually
• Select ‘Notify about this post’ (when sharing to a circle you’re in)
• +Mention your name
• Invite you to a hangout
• Invite you to play or send you messages from a game
