it is very simple
1) open the GTA game folder

2)select the mp3 folder in it

3)there u can see the below file(only the marked one.i aadded the other two mp3 files )

4) just copy the mp3 files, you want to add to this folder.

NOTE-: don't make changes to the "mp3 report file"

5) done.now open the game,start playing..change the fm modes to mp3 player while driving vechicles,you can hear the mp3 audio files.
